As a millennial sister and brother team, we know that our generation is more socially conscious and values-driven when it comes to who we support, the products we buy, and the rationale behind those decisions.

And it’s why we’ve intentionally built a farm that mirrors what we value and delivers on the highest of consumer expectations. We’ve also done something unexpected by designing our farm as a model for education, innovation, and full transparency on the way hens are cared for and how our food is produced. 

We learned a lot from our dad—a man who devoted his entire career to egg farming. Beyond the basics of the business, he taught us to embrace continuous improvement and to never shy away from solving tough problems.
